Be sure to bring your underwater camera so you may capture these beautiful rays as they feed on the illuminated microscopic plankton below you. This Moonlight Manta Ray Snorkel Tour is a later tour focusing on guests that are a little more sensitive to motion sickness and prefer a shorter boat tour. Pickup Call the store for seasonal evening tour times. Early Check In between 8am-5pm at the Sea Paradise store located at 78-6831 Alii Drive Suite #144 Kailua Kona, Hi 96740 located in the Keauhou Shopping Center. We will then issue you boarding passes, get you fitted into a wetsuit (be sure to wear swim attire for the fitting), and give you driving directions and time in the evening to meet the boat for departure at Keauhou Bay. If you are unable to attend an early check in prior to the Moonlight Manta Snorkel Tour notify our staff so we may request your weight and height to ensure a wetsuit will be available at the boat prior to your tour departure. Drop Off Return to Keauhou Bay approximately one and one half hours from departure time. Things To Bring We have plenty of room to stow gear and keep it dry. Be sure to dress comfortably. Sea Paradise operates a "shoe-less boat" so wear sandals or shoes that are easy to remove. We suggest you bring: swim wear, towel, cover up, light jacket or sweater for after you're out of the water, and you may also bring an underwater camera just make sure the flash is turned off. Gratuity is not included in the price of the tour but tips are greatly appreciated. Inclusions Hot cocoa, chocolates, water, soft drinks, and local juices In the Water Once you reach the Manta Ray Village, our staff will provide a knowledgeable and professional briefing on the manta rays. For our snorkeling guests, our staff will prepare and guide you onto our state of the art "manta floatation device". Here guests of all ages and skill levels can hold onto our float that rests above the majestic manta rays as they feed on the microscopic plankton that rises from the bottom of the ocean at night and is attracted to the light source attached to our float. As your incredible snorkel experience comes to an end, our staff will guide you back onboard for some light snacks or a warm cup of hot cocoa. Snorkel time is approximatelly 45min to 1 hour. For our ride along guests, you will watch the majestic manta rays as they feed on the microscopic plankton, from the comfort of our 45 foot trimaran in the World Famous Manta Ray Village.
